Marcy Maslov – Founder and Inventor

Marcy Maslov established Empowerment Unlimited Coaching, LLC, a coaching practice in 2003 after spending more than 20 years working her way up the finance and accounting ladder of Fortune 500 companies such as Motorola, PepsiCo, Twentieth Century Fox, Blockbuster and Green Giant.  She lived in France, Mexico and Canada and worked in more than 15 countries providing various levels of financial analysis and strategic planning. Her fluency in Spanish and her understanding of cultural diversity enabled her to efficiently change processes and procedures and help the corporations she worked for improve productivity and manage costs. Marcy’s involvement and passion for ethics originated during these years, especially after creating an on-line interactive version of a classroom ethics program.

Marcy earned her MBA from Duke and her BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and she is also a registered CPA with the State of Illinois.  Marcy completed her training by becoming a Certified Professional Co-active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute.

Marcy and her team of trained facilitators and advisers have over 140 years of combined experience in areas such as facilitation, team-building, leadership development, business development and process improvements.
